Can you help me?

Why on earth is the picture at the top of the blog so HUGE? I have tried to resize it so that it doesn't take over the entire screen and nothing is working. Can any of you bloggers out there help me out? Thanks!!!

Oh my gosh, if you find out how let me know! I've been trying to figure that out since Quinn was born! But you have to admit-Cal is so cute even when blown up giant size!

I would say try to change the size of your original jpeg, or whatever file you are using on your computer first then upload it. If you upload a smaller size file, then it should stay small. Hope that helps some!
