Cheers to 40 years!

My sweet AMAZING parents celebrated 40 years of marriage on December 28th.  I am SO proud of them and their commitment to each other.  Talk about setting a good example for their children!

We celebrated with a dinner at the country club this week.  It was a great night celebrating a HUGE accomplishment!

I made a video of my parents with pictures and toasts friends made for them... Eddie caught a picture of dad tearing up....

And, I asked some of my parents good friends if they would be interested in making the trip down from Michigan to surprise my parents...and they did!!! This was my dad's best man, so after the video, I said "I want to make a quick toast..." and he walked in the room and said, "wait wait wait...I did the toast 40 years ago and I want to do it again tonight!" It was pretty awesome...

Then we moved in to the kitchen for dinner!

AMAZING food.... we all ate too much!
